What grows best, when, what make of seeds etc. It is this information that makes the new, young (and also older) plot holders get more enjoyment and takes the guesswork out of successful growing! Manure - Manure is delivered on an ad-hoc basis (the Committee are looking to rectify this). It may be subject to a small charge and payment can be made via bank transfer and is based on trust and honesty of the plot holders.
Wood Chippings -These are delivered regularly and are free for plot holders to use. When taking manure or chippings. Please take from the side where cars park first to ensure easy access for local residents and for plot holder parking. Thank you.
Allotment Ideas - For those that have Facebook. There is a public group called Allotment Ideas with over 74K+ members. This group is for the sharing of ideas to help with fruit and vegetable growing. Maybe with some up-cycling along the way. For the link to this group click here.
